It’s a day that never gets quite the same noise or celebration as International Women’s Day… but it absolutely should.
Because throughout history, there have been extraordinary male glitter spreaders – men who used their courage, their compassion, and their creativity to leave a lasting impact on the world.
Think of:
✨ Fred Hollows – restoring sight and dignity for millions
✨ Terry Fox – turning his own battle with cancer into a global movement for hope
✨ Nelson Mandela – proving that forgiveness and leadership can change nations
✨ Sir Edmund Hillary – using his legacy to uplift and support Nepalese communities
✨ Martin Luther King Jr. – a voice of equality and justice
These are the Glitter Kings of the past.
Men who didn’t spread glitter for applause, but because they believed in something bigger than themselves.

Today is a reminder to celebrate and uplift the men, past and present, who are spreading glitter in their own unique ways: the innovators, the carers, the quiet helpers, the dads, the mentors, the connectors, and the changemakers.

May we continue to see them, hear them, support them, and shine a light on the good they bring to our world.
